Hi all -- Some wonderful outlines and drafts today! Thanks to those who shared information on if you are stuck or struggling, or just a bit behind. If that is you, I hope you'll come to see me during my office hour (Friday 10-10:50) or at least send me a note letting me know if you want further help.
For Friday, bring 2 copies of your essay to class (we meet in the lab). Please make sure to do this -- one is for your peer, and one is for me to give you feedback on.
In addition, if you are willing to share a paragraph or two with the class (and this can be done with or without the class knowing it's yours) please let me know! We can look at the paragraph in the lab on Friday before or after peer review.
Finally, remember that peer review is important. If you miss it, your final paper grade goes down. (This is noted on the essay assignment and is also on the syllabus.) Please take advantage of this opportunity to have the feedback of a peer and me as well. You can also use it as an opportunity to go to the lab sometime for extra credit!
